About the Role

Giving Docs is seeking a full-time Partnerships & Marketing Manager and to help build nonprofit partnerships across the country and to help raise visibility for Giving Docs. For the ideal candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to dive into a startup environment and learn more about technology, small business growth, sales, and online marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the Giving Docs product and value proposition
  • Support sales team to meet quarterly sales revenue goals
  • Identify, contact, and schedule meetings with qualified sales leads
  • Develop expertise in using our CRM system, HubSpot, to manage the sales process
  • Support and contribute to a variety of marketing activities that build our reputation in the market and generate new leads
  • Conceptualize, create, and distribute a social media and blog content strategy
  • Support research and creative projects designed to establish Giving Docs as a thought leader in the sector

About You

  • Undergraduate degree and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable interacting with sales leads
  • High proficiency in social media platforms
  • Experience within nonprofit and/or fintech sector preferred
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing tools and technology preferred
  • High degree of empathy, with a demonstrated ability to listen carefully to and engage meaningfully with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Desire to not merely meet customer expectations, but seek opportunities to delight
  • Excellent at working within teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • High energy and enthusiasm for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • High bar for quality, rigor, and integrity in your own work, as well as your colleagues’
  • Smarts, tenacity, fortitude, and drive to both uncover creative solutions to existing projects, and to help bring projects to fruition
